570 Ocean Boulevard, Odiorne Point State Park, Rye, NH, 03870 Map
Located within Odiorne Point State Park in Rye, NH, the Seacoast Science Center has been providing educational experiences on behalf of New Hampshire State Parks since 1992. The center includes hands-on science exhibits (undersea exploration to marine debris), live animal exhibits which feature creatures that live in the rapidly changing Gulf of Maine ecosystem; and many special events, like “Music-by-the-Sea” concerts and “Sippin' for Seals” (dancing and drinks to support the Marine Mammal rescue Program).
Each pass admits up to 2 adults and 4 children at 50% off admission. The Seacoast Science Center is located inside Odiorne State Park - however, this pass does not include admission to the State Park.
Present this pass at the Park toll booth. Between April - September a parking fee of $4 per adult (12+) and $2 per child (6-11) may be imposed. Pass holders should purchase tickets in advance to ensure entry due to limited capacity and scheduled visitation.
During winter months (November 1 - February 15) when the Center is closed during the week to the general public, patrons may still visit by calling the Center 2 hours in advance - the Center will open by appointment just for them!
